In a practical sense, SWOT (Strength), (Weakness), (Opportunity), (Threat) analysis seeks to find the benefits and liabilities that lie within and outside of an organization. Participants will learn how to do a 360 degree assessment of a company to make better decisions and solve business problems.

This exercise is great for creating marketing plans or executing a corporate plan of action.

*Albert S. Humphrey is credited for developing the SWOT analysis in the 1960s.
